
Rose Hammill
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Rose is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She leads the TDS HR team partnering with business leaders to develop and execute human capital strategies including building capabilities for today and the future, championing an inclusive culture, and a leading colleague experience.
Since joining TD in 2008, Rose has held progressively senior executive HR roles for Wholesale Banking, Canadian Personal and Commercial businesses, TD Insurance, Innovation, Technology and Shared Services, and Compliance, Legal & AML. Prior to joining TD, she held HR leadership positions in global financial services organizations and agribusiness. Over her career, Rose has worked across HR disciplines including strategy, transformational change management, leadership development, talent management, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation.
She is a member of the Human Resources Operating Committee for TD Bank, TDS Dealer Leadership Team, and the TD Community Investment Committee supporting TD’s Ready Commitment.
Rose completed her Master of Industrial Relations at Queen’s University, and Bachelor of Arts, Honours, Summa Cum Laude, in Psychology at McMaster University.
