Bob Dorrance

Chairman, CEO and President, TD Securities
Group Head, Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Group

Bob Dorrance was named Group Head, Wholesale Banking on November 1, 2005, after serving as Vice Chair, Wholesale Banking since November 2003. Additionally, as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of TD Securities, Bob leads the integrated investment dealer business of TD Bank Group (TDBG). He is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the firm, as well as the day-to-day management of the global wholesale investment dealer operations.

 

Prior to this appointment, Bob managed a variety of areas within the dealer. These areas include: TD Securities’ Institutional Equities’ Sales, Trading and Research groups, the Equity Capital Markets and Proprietary Equity Trading teams, and he was Head of Investment Banking.

 

Bob joined TD Securities in November 2000 when TDBG purchased Newcrest Capital, where he had been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Prior to helping found Newcrest, he worked at Nesbitt Burns for 18 years.

 

Bob obtained a Master of Business Administration from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

 

A strong supporter of giving back to our communities, Bob has helped lead TD Securities to raise over $18 million at its annual Underwriting Hope Campaign and Auction. The funds raised have supported many meaningful projects and programs that focus on improving the health, well-being and safety of children and youth – including Food Allergy Canada, Child Development Institute and Big Brothers Big Sisters – making a positive and lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.

 

In 2014, Bob and his wife established the Robert Dorrance and Gail Drummond MBA Leadership Award to support outstanding students entering the Desautels Faculty of Management MBA Program at McGill University. Bob and Gail are proud supporters of the United Way, The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, and the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO). Bob is also a member of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation’s Investment Committee and the AGO’s Contemporary & Curatorial Committee.

Sante Corona

Executive Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As the Head of Equity Capital Markets, Sante manages a group responsible for the origination and execution of equity financings including common shares, convertible debentures, preferred shares and retail structured products. He advises issuers regarding the viability, structuring and execution of equity offerings. Over the years, Sante has worked on a number of significant Canadian IPOs and follow-on equity offerings.

 

Prior to joining TD Securities, Sante was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch Canada in Toronto. Sante has also worked in the Equity Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs in New York having previously worked for BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto in the Equity Capital Markets and M&A groups. Sante started his career at Ernst & Young.

 

Sante holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Sante is also a Chartered Accountant.

Glenn D. Gibson

Vice Chair and Regional Head for TD Securities USA and Global Head, Credit Origination, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Glenn is Vice Chair, Regional Head for TD Securities USA and Global Head of Credit Origination. He has over 20 years of experience providing integrated relationship focused financial solutions and since joining TD Securities in 2000 has executed over $250 billion in debt related financings. Prior to joining TD Securities, Glenn was responsible for RBC Dominion Securities’ Global Project and Structured Finance Group covering Energy and Utilities, headquartered out of Calgary.
 
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with great distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Martine Irman

Vice Chair and Head of Global Enterprise Banking, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Martine Irman is responsible for enterprise-wide banking initiatives at TD Securities and is the lead executive for ensuring senior client relationship management is seamless across the firm's key global businesses. In addition, Martine is also the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking, Québec, responsible for building the TD Securities Montréal Investment Banking franchise. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee and Co-Chair of the Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council, Martine plays a key role on the firm's senior leadership team. She currently Chairs the Board of Directors for Export Development Canada and sits on the Board of Directors of the TMX Group Inc.

 

Over the past 25 years, Martine has held several executive positions with TD Securities, including most recently, Vice Chair, Global Capital Markets Products. In this role, Martine set strategy and provided leadership for a team of over 500 front-line professionals based on three platforms on different continents and had accountability for Interest Rate products, Currency Trading, Origination, and Sales across all channels: Institutional, Corporate, Commercial, Retail, Wealth, and International Banking inclusive of Global Transaction Banking (Global Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Financial Institutions). Before joining TD, she held increasingly senior treasury related roles at CCL Industries.

 

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Martine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Studies. She has also completed The Wharton Business School Advanced Management Executive Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Martine is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D certification. Martine is bilingual in both French and English, values community involvement, and is also known as a strong leader and mentor for women in the investment industry. She currently is Chair of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Toronto and a co-founder and inaugural Co-Chair (2008-2010) of Women Gaining Ground for United Way Toronto. Also active in the investment community, Martine is a member of Women in Capital Markets Advisory Council.

 

Martine has the distinction of being honoured as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 (2003) and was recognized for both her professional excellence and leadership by Women in Capital Markets (2013 Award for Leadership) and the Brock University's Goodman School of Business, Distinguished Leader award in 2016.

Moti Jungreis

Vice Chair and Head of Global Markets, TD Securities
Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Vice Chair and Head of Global Markets, Moti Jungreis is responsible for leading the Sales, Trading, and Origination teams for all of TD Securities globally. Under his leadership, the Global Markets team delivers innovative solutions and best-in-class execution, providing Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Energy, Metals, Equity, and Prime Brokerage products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients.

 

Moti joined TD Securities as an entry-level Trading Associate in 1996 and quickly established himself as a macro trader with a contrarian mindset. Through his drive and commitment to building client relationships, he went on to lead both the Global Foreign Exchange and International Fixed Income businesses, helping TD Securities establish itself as a leader in the SSA markets. In 2016, Moti was promoted to Head of Global Markets and now plays a key role on TD Securities' senior leadership team.

 

As a proponent of building strong teams through diversity of thought, Moti is an active member of the TD Securities Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council. He values community engagement and is involved with fundraising initiatives for the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Charity Auction and the United Way. Moti also sits on the Board of Sinai Health Foundation and the Board of Integrated Services for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

 

Prior to joining TD Securities, Moti served as a Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Malcolm Lang

Chief Financial Officer, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Malcolm Lang is responsible for overseeing and leading the Finance Department of TD Securities. In this role, Malcolm is responsible for providing in-depth performance analysis as well as value-added financial advice to help drive the TD Securities strategy. He is also a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee.


Malcolm joined TD Bank in 2002. Prior to becoming CFO, Malcolm was Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, TD Securities USA and between 2010 and 2013, he was Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, TD Securities, Europe based in London. Prior to that, he held positions in Finance and Treasury and Balance Sheet Management.


Malcolm is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. He has completed the Wharton/RMA Advanced Risk Management program and the Rotman Integrative Thinking program. Malcolm is on the board of Women in Capital Markets and leads the LGBTA employee resource groups for TD Securities and Finance.

Paul Langill

Chief Operating Officer, TD Securities
Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group

Paul Langill is the Chief Operating Officer of TD Securities responsible for overseeing its global governance, initiatives portfolio, operations, and technology services. He supports the CEO in global strategy and plays a key role on TD Securities’ senior leadership team. Paul chairs TD Securities’ Risk and Control Oversight and Change Management Governance Committees and is a member of TD Bank Group’s Asset/Liability and Capital Committee. He also chairs TD Securities’ Diversity Leadership Council and is a member of TD Bank Group’s Diversity Leadership Council.

 

Previously, Paul was Senior Vice President (SVP), Trading Risk - Risk Management, TD Bank Group (TDBG), responsible for setting Market Risk policies, proactively identifying, measuring and monitoring market risks within TDBG, measuring and managing liquidity risk within the Wholesale Bank, and providing analytical modelling expertise to all of TDBG’s businesses. Before being appointed SVP - Trading Risk, Paul was CFO at TD Securities. He was also a Vice President in the Bank’s Treasury and Balance Sheet Management Group.

 

Prior to joining TDBG, Paul was a partner in Ernst & Young’s Capital Markets Practice. He was honoured as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™ and also completed The Wharton/RMA Advanced Risk Management Program.

 

Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Risk Institute in Financial Services, a public-private partnership that provides thought leadership, information, and training around managing risk in the financial services sector. He also serves on University of Waterloo’s School of Accounting and Finance Advisory Council, which has helped guide the finance program’s development.

 

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant.

Drew E. MacIntyre

Vice Chair and Head of Global Energy, Power & Utilities Group, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Vice Chair and Head of Global Energy, Power & Utilities Group, Drew MacIntyre is responsible for the firm’s Global Energy franchise and its Western Canadian Investment Banking business. His team specializes in all aspects of the energy sector, including oil and gas, infrastructure, power, and renewables.

 

Drew was formerly Head of Energy Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets. He joined TD Securities (TDS) in 2000, as part of the Newcrest Capital acquisition, and has since advanced through increasingly senior positions within Investment Banking. As a member of the TDS Management Committee, Drew plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team. He also leads TDS Women in Leadership initiatives in Western Canada.

 

Drew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Gold Medallist) from the University of Manitoba, a Masters of Business Administration (Gold Medallist) from the Schulich School of Business (York University), a Bachelor of Law (Gold Medallist) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Masters of Law degree from Harvard Law School. Drew serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at Harvard Law School and has endowed the MacIntyre Environmental Law Fund, which supports research regarding economic development and the environment.

 

Drew values community and professional involvement. His current and past activities include acting on the Alberta Securities Commission Panel on Reserves Disclosure, the United Way Major Donor Committee, and as a supporter of the Alberta Ballet. Drew serves on the Advisory Board of Longbow Capital, an energy private equity fund. He is also on the Calgary Economic Development Authority Advisory Board. Since 2001, he has been the proprietor of Lake Breeze Vineyards, an award-winning Okanagan Valley boutique winery.

John F. Prato

Deputy Chair and Executive Managing Director, TD Securities

John Prato rejoined TD Securities in September 2016 after serving as Canada’s Head of Mission and Consul General to the United States of America based in New York City. In his posting as Consul General of Canada, John focused on increasing investment opportunities between Canada and the United States, developing energy opportunities in both the upstream and downstream, as well as fostering the strongest cooperation possible to ensure continental security.

 

In 1991, John began his career at TD. He joined TD Securities in 1996, first in TD Capital Group, the merchant banking arm of TD Securities, and later in Equity Capital Markets. He has been involved in a diverse range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings (IPOs), and follow on equity underwritings.

 

John is a trusted advisor to Canadian and U.S. executives, as well as leading political leaders from both Canada and the U.S.

 

John graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario with a Master’s of Business Administration and has a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He served on the Executive Committee of the Royal Ontario Museum, the Board of St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, the Board of CANFAR, and the Advisory Board of FinanceIt.

Robbie J. Pryde

Vice Chair and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, TD Securities
Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group

Robbie Pryde was named Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at TD Securities (TDS) on November 1, 2016. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Lending & Syndication, Origination, and Credit Management, and shares responsibility for Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and Global Transaction Banking. The Corporate and Investment Bank provides fully integrated financial advice, execution, and comprehensive sector coverage across industry specializations covering Communication, Media & Telecom, Diversified Industries, Energy, Mining, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, and Real Estate to corporate and government clients. Robbie focuses on client relationship management, client strategy, and integrated product and service delivery to achieve synergies across the Corporate and Investment Bank, and the dealer overall.

 

In his previous role, Robbie led the professional teams responsible for Institutional Equities, Equity Research, Global Equity Derivatives, Automated Execution, Prime Brokerage, and Energy Trading at TDS as Vice Chair and Head of Equities. He continues to serve as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets.

 

Robbie joined TDS in 2000 when the company acquired Newcrest Capital, where he was a Managing Director and Founding Partner. He started his career at Nesbitt Burns in institutional equity sales and retail branch management.

 

Robbie plays a key role in building the pipeline for future potential leaders, participating in campus recruitment, taking the time to meet talented individuals, and encouraging them along their journey. His regular participation on internal and external industry panels and networking events and his continued engagement has yielded consistent results over the years.

 

Robbie values community engagement and is involved with a number of fundraising initiatives, including TDS Underwriting Hope Charity Auction, United Way Corporate Fundraising Campaigns, The George Hull Centre, and Anaphylaxis Canada. He is a Board Member of The National Ballet of Canada, serves on the Advisory Board for Capitalize for Kids, and is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for SickKids Foundation.

 

Robbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Peter Walker

Vice Chair and Head of Europe & Asia-Pacific, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Peter is responsible for oversight of TD Securities’ businesses in the Europe and Asia-Pacific region, including debt underwriting and trading, foreign exchange, trade finance, distribution of Canadian equities, precious metals trading, investment banking, and corporate lending.

 

Previously, Peter was Vice President, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM), based in Toronto, Canada. He was responsible for TD’s wholesale term funding program, including the issuance of term debt in secured and unsecured channels across global markets. He was also responsible for managing liquidity risk for TD. Under his leadership, TBSM built a global wholesale funding program and effectively managed the implementation of Basel III liquidity rules, including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR). Peter has extensive experience in financial, risk, and capital management, as well as working with Canadian regulators and the Canadian government in the implementation of new rules, including contingent capital and bail-in regimes.

 

Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm), a Bachelor of Law (LLB), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Peter was called to the legal Bar in Ontario (2000) and prior to joining TD, he practiced corporate and securities law in Toronto.

Tim Wiggan

Executive Managing Director and Head of Equities, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Executive Managing Director and Head of Equities, Tim Wiggan is responsible for overseeing TD Securities’ Global Equities business, which includes Institutional Equities, Sales and Trading, Equity Research, Equity Derivatives, and Prime Brokerage. Prior to taking on this role in November 2016, Tim was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TD Asset Management (TDAM), where he was responsible for all TDAM business, including investment management, operations, risk management, and distribution.

 

Tim first joined TD Securities in 2000 when it acquired Newcrest Capital. During his tenure, he held progressively senior positions and was Co-Head of Institutional Equity Sales at TD Securities prior to joining TDAM as CEO in early 2013.

 

Tim has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder. During the 2017 United Way campaign, Tim was Co-Chair of High Value Giving at TD Securities. He is a member of TD Securities’ Inclusion & Diversity Leadership Council (IDLC) and Co-Chair of the IDLC’s action committee responsible for North American recruitment and outreach. In addition, he is on Crescent School’s Board of Governors.

Jennifer Young

Global Head, Human Resources, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Global Head, Human Resources, Jennifer Young is responsible for overseeing the global strategy and day-to-day operations for Human Resources in TD Securities. She leads the teams responsible for recruitment, talent management, compensation, and learning and development. These teams are located across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Jennifer also plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

 

Jennifer joined TD in 1987 as an Account Manager in Commercial Banking and held roles in Small Business, Mid-Market Lending and Corporate Accounts prior to moving to Human Resources in 1997. Jennifer has an extensive human resources background, gained through a variety of corporate and business line relationship management roles across TDBG. She is well respected in the HR professional community and is a valued member of TD’s Senior Human Resources Leadership Team.

 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, values community involvement, and is on the Board of Directors for the Oakville & Milton Humane Society.

Robyn Zeller

Executive Managing Director and Global Head, Credit Management, TD Securities 
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Robyn is Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Management for TD Securities. In this role, Robyn and her team are responsible for all lending and credit related activities in support of TD Securities’ Corporate and Investment Banking clients. She also manages the Global Counterparty Credit Group, which works in partnership with Global Markets to support the various trading businesses and products, and manages all counterparty-related credit exposures.

 

In addition, Robyn’s team provides credit support for the TD Bank, N.A. Investment Portfolio, as well as TD Bank, N.A. commercial clients transacting in interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange products. She has over 27 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking as well as other credit-related initiatives within TD. Robyn joined TD in 1990 as an Associate and has worked in various areas, including Corporate Banking, Media and Technology, Energy and Utilities, and Corporate Restructuring. In 2010, she assumed responsibility for Credit Management in the U.S. Region and assumed global responsibility in 2014.

 

Robyn is a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, the TD Bank Women in Leadership (WIL) Committee, and is Co-Chair of TD Securities WIL. She also chairs the TD Securities Loan Capital Committee.

 

Robyn graduated Cum Laude from Barnard College with honours in Economics, and received an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University.
