Bob Dorrance

Chairman, CEO and President, TD Securities
Group Head, Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Group

Bob Dorrance was appointed Chairman, CEO and President in 2005. He is responsible for determining TD Securities' strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day management of its global operations.

 

Bob joined TD Securities in 2000 and held a number of different positions within Corporate and Investment Banking, Institutional Equities' Sales, Trading and Research, Equity Capital Markets and Proprietary Equity Trading. Prior to TD Securities, Bob co-founded Newcrest Capital and served as its President and CEO since 1995.

 

In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Bob was inducted into the Investment Industry Association of Canada's Hall of Fame in 2018.

 

Bob's commitment to strengthening our communities has inspired TD Securities' employees to both raise more than $21 million for TDS Underwriting Hope since its inception, and be important contributors to the United Way in the regions where we work.

 

Bob obtained a Master of Business Administration from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Sante Corona

Executive Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Sante Corona is an Executive Managing Director and the Head of Equity Capital Markets. He manages a group responsible for the origination and execution of equity financings including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible securities and preferred shares.

 

As an advisor to issuers regarding the viability, structuring and execution of equity offerings, Sante has worked on several significant Canadian IPOs and follow-on equity offerings over the years.

 

Prior to joining TD Securities, Sante was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch Canada in Toronto. He started his career at Ernst & Young and has also worked in the Equity Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs in New York, as well as the Equity Capital Markets and M&A groups at BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto.

 

Sante holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Sante is also a Chartered Accountant.

Glenn D. Gibson

Vice Chair and Regional Head for TD USA and Global Head, Credit Origination, TD Securities
Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group

Glenn Gibson was appointed Vice Chair and Regional Head for TD Securities USA in 2015. He is responsible for overseeing the region's business initiatives, maintaining a business model with an effective governance and risk framework as well as fostering effective relationships with regulators. As Global Head of Credit Origination, Glenn is responsible for the oversight of Global Credit Capital Markets, Leverage Finance and Loan Sales, Trading & Research.

 

Glenn has over 25 years of experience providing integrated, relationship-focused financial solutions to leading corporate clients across North America. Prior to joining TD Securities in 2000, Glenn led the Global Project and Structured Finance Group for a major Canadian bank covering Energy and Utilities, headquartered in Calgary.

 

Glenn is an active member of the Executive Committee of the US Institute of International Banks and sits on its Board of Trustees. He is the Director and Chairman for the TDS Underwriting Hope Fund and has been a member of the United Way Major Giving Cabinet in both Toronto and New York City.

 

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with great distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Moti Jungreis

Vice Chair and Head of Global Markets, TD Securities
Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group

Moti Jungreis has led the dealer's global Sales, Trading, and Origination functions since his appointment in 2016. Under his leadership, the Global Markets team delivers innovative solutions and best-in-class execution, providing Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Energy, Metals, Equity, and Prime Brokerage products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients. In addition, Moti shares responsibility for the Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and Global Transaction Banking businesses.

 

Moti joined TD Securities in 1996 and went on to lead the dealer's Global Foreign Exchange and International Fixed Income businesses, helping establish TD Securities as a leader in the SSA markets. Prior to joining TD Securities, Moti served as a Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces.

 

As a proponent of building strong teams through diversity of thought, Moti is an active member of the TD Securities Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council and sits on the Advisory Council for Women in Capital Markets. He values community engagement and is involved with fundraising initiatives for TDS Underwriting Hope and the United Way. Moti also sits on the Board of Sinai Health Foundation and the Board of Integrated Services for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Grant King

Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources, TD Securities

Grant King was appointed Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources in January 2019. Grant oversees the global human resource strategy and day-to-day operations for TD Securities in January 2019. His teams deliver end-to-end HR support to the business, and are located in North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

 

Grant has extensive experience in both HR and business strategy. His prior roles have included: Managing Director and Head of European Strategic Initiatives, TD Securities; Managing Director, Head of Talent, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness, TD USA; and Managing Director, Head of HR, Europe & Asia Pacific, TD Securities. He joined TD in 2014 from JP Morgan Chase where he was Head of HR and had Canada-wide accountability for the overall direction of the HR function.

 

Grant is a member of the Global HR Executive Network (GHRLN), the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD), and the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO).

 

Grant earned a Graduate Diploma with Distinction in Human Resources from Glasgow International College and a BTECH Advanced Diploma with Distinction in Business Administration and Management from Heston Community College.

Malcolm Lang

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Malcolm Lang serves as Chief Operating Officer of TD Securities and oversees the dealer's global governance, initiatives portfolio, operations, and technology teams, supporting the advancement of TD Securities' strategy. In addition, Malcolm serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing and leading the finance team, providing value-added insight, financial advice, as well as in-depth performance analysis.

 

Malcolm joined TD in 2002, progressing to more senior roles in Finance, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, and within TD Securities. He has extensive leadership experience overseeing global teams in business delivery and finance, and previously served as COO for TD Securities in London and New York.

 

Malcolm is on the board of Women in Capital Markets as well as Egale Youth Services, and his support for the LGBTQ2+ community was recognized by Start Proud with its 2018 Leading Executive Ally Award.

 

A Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. He completed the Wharton/RMA Advanced Risk Management program and the Rotman Integrative Thinking program.

Drew E. MacIntyre

Vice Chair, Global Energy, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Vice Chair and Head of Global Energy, Drew MacIntyre is responsible for the firm’s Global Energy franchise and its Western Canadian Investment Banking business. His team specializes in all aspects of the energy sector, including oil and gas, infrastructure, power, and renewables.

 

Drew was formerly Head of Energy Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets. He joined TD Securities (TDS) in 2000, as part of the Newcrest Capital acquisition, and has since advanced through increasingly senior positions within Investment Banking. As a member of the TDS Management Committee, Drew plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team. He also leads TDS Women in Leadership initiatives in Western Canada.

 

Drew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Gold Medallist) from the University of Manitoba, a Masters of Business Administration (Gold Medallist) from the Schulich School of Business (York University), a Bachelor of Law (Gold Medallist) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Masters of Law degree from Harvard Law School. Drew serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at Harvard Law School and has endowed the MacIntyre Environmental Law Fund, which supports research regarding economic development and the environment.

 

Drew values community and professional involvement. His current and past activities include acting on the Alberta Securities Commission Panel on Reserves Disclosure, the United Way Major Donor Committee, and as a supporter of the Alberta Ballet. Drew serves on the Advisory Board of Longbow Capital, an energy private equity fund. He is also on the Calgary Economic Development Authority Advisory Board. Since 2001, he has been the proprietor of Lake Breeze Vineyards, an award-winning Okanagan Valley boutique winery.

Frank McKenna

Deputy Chair, TD Securities

Frank McKenna has been an executive with TD Bank Group since 2006 and joined TD Securities in January 2020. As Deputy Chair he is focused on supporting the continued expansion of TD Securities' global footprint.

 

Frank has extensive expertise in business and government. After successfully practicing law, he served as Premier of New Brunswick from 1987-1997. Upon leaving public life, he was in widespread demand as a Corporate Director and acted as Counsel to two national law firms. He was named to the Security Intelligence Review Committee and was inducted into the New Brunswick Business Hall of Fame and the Canadian Business Hall of Fame.

 

In 2005 he became Canadian Ambassador to the United States of America. After completing his time as Ambassador, he joined TD Bank Group and also became Chairman of Brookfield Asset Management and a Director of Canadian Natural Resources.

 

Frank is a Queen’s Counsel, Member of the Queen’s Privy Counsel, Member of the Order of New Brunswick, Member of the Order of Canada, Red Cross Humanitarian of the Year award recipient, and an Outstanding Director inductee with the Institute of Corporate Directors.

 

He is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, Queen’s University and the University of New Brunswick Law School and is also the recipient of 15 Honorary Degrees.

John Moore

Vice Chair & Regional Head, Europe & Asia-Pacific, TD Securities
Executive Managing Director and Head of International Fixed Income and Global SSA, TD Securities

Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

John Moore is the Vice Chair and Regional Head of Europe and Asia-Pacific for TD Securities and Head of International Fixed Income and Global SSA. John was appointed to the role of Regional Head in September 2019. In this role, he leads the integrated investment dealer business in eight offices across Europe and Asia-Pacific. John is responsible for determining the strategic direction for the various businesses as well as oversight of all regional operations and risk management. He also leads all origination, syndication, research, sales and trading businesses for the International Fixed Income and Global SSA businesses.

 

John brings over 25 years of industry and global leadership experience. Prior to joining TD Securities in 2009, he held increasingly senior roles across various disciplines at Salomon Brothers and JP Morgan, and was CEO Asia-Pacific at Bear Stearns & Co.

 

John holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale.

John F. Prato

Deputy Chair and Executive Managing Director, TD Securities

John Prato rejoined TD Securities in September 2016 after serving as Canada’s Head of Mission and Consul General to the United States of America based in New York City. In his posting as Consul General of Canada, John focused on increasing investment opportunities between Canada and the United States, developing energy opportunities in both the upstream and downstream, as well as fostering the strongest cooperation possible to ensure continental security.

 

In 1991, John began his career at TD. He joined TD Securities in 1996, first in TD Capital Group, the merchant banking arm of TD Securities, and later in Equity Capital Markets. He has been involved in a diverse range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings (IPOs), and follow-on equity underwritings.

 

John is a trusted advisor to Canadian and U.S. executives, as well as leading political leaders from both Canada and the U.S.

 

John graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario with a Master’s of Business Administration and has a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

 

John currently sits on the Board of Chobani LLC, manufacturer of America’s #1 Greek yogurt, La Colombe Torrefaction Inc., a premium U.S. based coffee company, and the Foreign Policy Association. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Royal Ontario Museum, the Board of St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, the Board of CANFAR, and the Advisory Board of FinanceIt.

Robbie J. Pryde

Vice Chair and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, TD Securities
Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group

Robbie Pryde has led TD Securities (TDS) Corporate and Investment Banking since his appointment in 2016, and oversees the dealer's Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Lending & Syndication, Origination, and Credit Management areas, and has shared oversight for the Equity and Debt Capital Markets as well as Global Transaction Banking. Previously, Robbie was the Vice Chair and Head of Global Equities at TD Securities.

 

Robbie's industry knowledge, markets acumen, and client-centric approach are valued by clients and colleagues and have meaningfully shaped the global business landscape. He is also an avid developer of the industry's future leaders, retaining an active role in the firm's recruiting and mentoring initiatives.

 

Robbie serves on the boards of the National Ballet of Canada and the Sterling Hall School Foundation and is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for SickKids Foundation. As a committed fundraiser, he supports several community initiatives, including TDS Underwriting Hope, United Way Corporate Fundraising Campaign, and Food Allergy Canada.

 

Robbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Peter Walker

Managing Director, Financial Institutions Advisory, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Peter Walker became Managing Director, Financial Institutions (FI) Advisory for TD Securities in September 2019, after a successful three-year assignment as Regional Head for Europe and Asia-Pacific (EAP). He also serves as Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group and will continue to be based in London, UK. Working across the Global Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses, Peter supports FI relationships in EAP, providing insights and transaction recommendations to ensure effective partnerships with this sophisticated client base.

 

While leading the EAP business from 2016 to 2019, Peter oversaw TD Securities' growing business in the region. He was responsible for driving business change to address the region's evolving legal and regulatory environment, including MiFID II and Brexit. Peter was instrumental in TD Securities' business growth in Ireland through its Irish subsidiary, TD Global Finance UC, to serve EU27 global markets clients post-Brexit.

 

Prior to joining TD Securities, Peter was part of the leadership team in TD’s Treasury and Balance Sheet Management group, based in Toronto, Canada as the Head of Funding, Liquidity, and Cash Management. He was responsible for TD’s C$30B plus annual term funding program comprised of both secured and unsecured funding across global markets. Peter was also responsible for liquidity risk for TD, including the implementation of Basel III liquidity rules.

 

Peter's background as a Director on TD subsidiaries in both Europe and Asia has provided him with meaningful experience in financial, risk and capital management. He has collaborated extensively with regulators in multiple global jurisdictions. Peter worked with Canadian regulators to implement new rules, including the contingent capital and bail-in regimes. Peter also has experience in recovery and resolution planning and was a primary contributor to TD’s initial Resolution Plan.

 

Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce (Queen’s University), a Bachelor of Law (The University of Western Ontario), and a Master of Business Administration (Oxford University). Peter was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000 and prior to joining TD, he practised corporate and securities law in Toronto.

Tim Wiggan

Executive Managing Director and Head of Global Equities and Commodities, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As Executive Managing Director and Head of Global Equities, TD Securities (TDS), a role he has held since 2016, Tim Wiggan is responsible for overseeing TDS’ Global Equities business, which includes Institutional Equities, Sales and Trading, Equity Research, Equity Derivatives, and Prime Brokerage. In July 2019, his mandate was expanded to include TDS Global Commodities.

 

Tim first joined TD Securities in 2000 when it acquired Newcrest Capital. During his tenure, he held progressively senior positions and was Co-Head of Institutional Equity Sales at TD Securities. In 2013, Tim was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TD Asset Management (TDAM), where he was responsible for all TDAM business, including investment management, operations, risk management, and distribution.

 

Tim is on Crescent School’s Board of Governors, and previously served as a member of TD Securities’ Inclusion & Diversity Leadership Council (IDLC), as Co-Chair of the IDLC’s action committee responsible for North American recruitment and outreach, and as Co-Chair of TD Securities’ 2017 United Way High Value Giving Campaign.

 

Tim has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.

Robyn Zeller

Executive Managing Director and Global Head, Credit Management, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Robyn is Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Management for TD Securities. In this role, Robyn and her team are responsible for all lending and credit related activities in support of TD Securities’ Corporate and Investment Banking clients. She also manages the Global Counterparty Credit Group, which works in partnership with Global Markets to support the various trading businesses and products and manages all counterparty-related credit exposures.

 

In addition, Robyn’s team provides credit support for the TD Bank, N.A. Investment Portfolio, as well as TD Bank, N.A. commercial clients transacting in interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange products. She has 30 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking as well as other credit-related initiatives within TD.

 

Robyn joined TD in 1990 as an Associate and has worked in various areas, including Corporate Banking, Media and Technology, Energy and Utilities, and Corporate Restructuring. In 2010, she assumed responsibility for Credit Management in the U.S. Region and assumed global responsibility in 2014.

 

Robyn is a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee and the TD Bank Women in Leadership (WIL) Committee. She is Co-Chair of the TD Securities Inclusion & Diversity Leadership Council and chairs the TD Securities Loan Capital Committee.

 

Robyn graduated Cum Laude from Barnard College with honours in Economics and received an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University.
