Bob Dorrance

Group Head Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Financial Group

As Group Head Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Financial Group and Chairman, CEO & President, TD Securities, Bob Dorrance leads the integrated investment dealer business of TD Bank Financial Group. He is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the firm as well as the day-to-day management of the global wholesale investment dealer operations.

Previously, Bob managed TD Securities' Institutional Equities' Sales, Trading and Research groups, as well as Equity Capital Markets and Proprietary Equity Trading, and was head of Investment Banking.

Bob joined TD Securities in November 2000 when TDBFG purchased Newcrest Capital, where he had been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Prior to helping found Newcrest, he worked at Nesbitt Burns for 18 years.

Bob holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill University, an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen's University, and has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Geoffrey Alder
Vice Chair and Regional Head Europe & Asia Pacific, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair and Regional Head, Geoffrey Alder is responsible for overseeing the capital markets activities for TD Securities in Europe and Asia Pacific. He leads the teams responsible for underwriting and distributing new debt securities, structuring and executing derivative and tax arbitrage solutions, and corporate finance and various trading operations. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Geoffrey plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Geoffrey joined the structured credit business in the London, UK office at TD in 1998 and has gained extensive expertise and experience in a range of products and services. He has advanced through a number of increasingly senior positions within our firm’s regional offices. Prior to joining TD Securities, Geoffrey worked with Tokai Bank Europe, Lehman Brothers International, Salomon Brothers International, Nomura International Limited and Credit Suisse.

Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law degrees from the Australian National University and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995.

Theresa Bowman
Managing Director and Global Head of Operations and Technology, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Managing Director and Global Head of Operations and Technology, Theresa is responsible for the global operations and technology strategy as well as overseeing the teams accountable for all back office operations and technology solutions, including Europe and Asia-Pacific, for the Wholesale Bank. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Theresa plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Theresa joined TD Securities in 1992 as a member of the Internal Audit team. She has since held progressively senior positions in Canada and internationally. Theresa has been a member of the Ontario Marine Heritage Committee; a group dedicated to the conservation and protection of marine heritage. She also participated in the Prehistoric Study at Fathom Five National Marine Park. Theresa is a member of TD’s JDRF Steering Committee and actively sponsors inner city charities.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and is accredited with the CA designation.

John F. Coombs
Vice Chair, Credit Management, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, John Coombs is responsible for credit portfolio management globally, including the development of all corporate and treasury credit proposals originating from offices in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Australia. He also chairs the Loan Capital Committee, which is responsible for the strategic deployment of and return on the firm’s loan capital, as well as approval of loan underwriting transactions. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, John plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

John joined TD in 1976 and during his career has acquired extensive experience and expertise in a range of credit, trading and capital markets businesses. John has advanced through a number of increasingly senior positions in various locations, including Houston, Denver, London, Melbourne and Toronto.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He has also attended the Kellogg School of Advanced Management executive program.

John is a member of the Trustee Board of The Presbyterian Church in Canada and is an active member of the Rosedale Presbyterian Church in Toronto.

William J. (Bill) Furlong
Vice Chair, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, Bill Furlong leads the Business Market Risk Group at TD Securities. This group partners with TD Risk Management and TD Securities businesses on the initiation, development and implementation of market risk policies, including facilitating our firm's management of market risk. The group also provides support with the development and assessment of new business initiatives and related strategies involving market risk. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Bill plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Bill joined TD Securities in 1994, advancing through a number of increasingly senior positions, including Global Head of the Asset Securitization Group and most recently, Head of Global Middle Office for TD Securities in London, England. He has gained significant capital markets experience and extensive industry and product knowledge during his career. Prior to joining TD Securities, Bill worked at CIBC Wood Gundy.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

John Gisborne
Vice Chair, Credit Products Group, TD Securities

As Vice Chair, John Gisborne is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for the Credit Products Group at TD Securities. The Credit Products Group is our global proprietary trading business focusing on credit and equity trading, and based on relative value opportunities within and across asset classes. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, John plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

John joined the fixed income business at TD in 1998 and has gained extensive trading expertise and experience in a range of fixed income and credit products. He has advanced through a number of increasingly senior positions in trading and business management throughout his career. Prior to joining our team, John worked for SG Hambros in Eurobond Trading.

John holds a Bachelor of Law from the London School of Economics.

Martine M. Irman
Vice Chair, Global Trading and Distribution, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, Global Trading and Distribution, Martine Irman is responsible for overseeing the global trading and sales activities for TD Securities. She heads the groups responsible for capital markets products such as foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income and interest rate derivatives. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Martine plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Martine joined TD Securities in 1989 and has advanced through a number of increasingly senior positions in trading, origination and sales. Prior to TD, she worked in treasury operations for CCL Industries.

Martine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Studies from the University of Western Ontario.

Martine values community involvement and her current and past activities include acting as a board member for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto and Invest in Kids. She is an active volunteer for the United Way of Greater Toronto as a member of the Major Individual Giving Cabinet. Also active in the investment community, Martine is a member of Women in Capital Markets and TD’s Expanding Leadership Opportunities for Women Committee. Martine was honoured as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40TM. Martine is fully bilingual in French and English.

Paul Langill
Senior Vice President, Trading Risk
TD Bank Financial Group

Paul was appointed Senior Vice President, Trading Risk in October 2007. He is responsible for the oversight of all trading risk related functions. He leads the team responsible for Market Risk Control, Quantitative Analytics, and the Global Middle Office.

Prior to heading up the Trading Risk areas, Paul was Chief Financial Officer, TD Securities. Paul joined the finance department at TD in 1998 and has gained extensive experience and expertise during his 10-year career at TD. Prior to joining TD, Paul was a Partner in the International Capital Markets practice of Ernst & Young in Toronto.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. He is accredited with the CA designation.

Paul was honoured as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40TM in 2007.

Drew E. MacIntyre
Vice Chair, Investment Banking, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, Investment Banking, TD Securities Energy Group, Drew MacIntyre is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm’s energy investment banking business.

TD Securities Energy Group is a continental integrated group that specializes in all aspects of the energy sector, including oil and gas, pipelines, utilities and power. The team is located in Calgary, Toronto, Houston and New York. Drew also co-heads the TD Securities Commodity and Energy Trading Group, based in Calgary. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Drew plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Drew joined TD Securities in 2000, as part of the Newcrest Capital acquisition. At TD Securities, he has advanced through increasingly senior positions within investment banking. Prior to this, Drew was Head of Energy Investment Banking at Nesbitt Burns.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba, a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business (York University), a Bachelor of Law from Osgoode Law School and a Masters of Law degree from Harvard Law School.

Drew values community and professional involvement. His current and past activities include acting on the Alberta Securities Commission Blue Ribbon Panel on Reserves Disclosure, the United Way Major Donor Committee and as a supporter of the Alberta Ballet.

Patrick B. Meneley
Vice Chair, Investment Banking, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, Investment Banking, Patrick Meneley is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for investment banking at TD Securities. He leads the group of professionals who provide advisory and underwriting services to corporations, governments and institutions on mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Patrick plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Patrick joined the investment banking business at TD in 1997 as Head of the Communications and Media team. He has gained extensive experience and expertise through advising clients on a wide variety of strategic and financing transactions. Prior to joining TD Securities, Patrick worked on the investment banking team at Salomon Brothers Canada Inc.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Patrick values community involvement and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Havergal College Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Sterling Hall School Foundation. Additionally, he serves on the Boards of the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation and Sick Kids Leaders. Patrick is also past Chair of the Board of the Sterling Hall School.

Bimal Morjaria
Vice Chair, Global Equity Derivatives, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, Global Equity Derivatives, Bimal Morjoria is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for origination, trading and distribution of equity derivatives products for
TD Securities. He leads the teams responsible for proprietary and domestic client-based vanilla and structured equity derivatives, as well as vanilla options trading and co-leads the team responsible for structured arbitrage. Bimal is also Co-Head of the TD Energy Business, which comprises investment banking, origination and trading in physical assets and energy derivatives, as well as the Structured Products Group. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Bimal plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Bimal joined the capital markets business at TD in 1987 and has gained extensive trading expertise and experience in a range of fixed income, currency and interest rate options and derivative products during his career. He has advanced through a number of increasingly senior positions in trading and business management for TD Securities.

Bimal holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University College in London, England. He is accredited with the CFA designation.

Brendan J. O'Halloran
Vice Chair and Regional Head USA, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair and Regional Head, Brendan O’Halloran has responsibility for the firm’s investment banking, sales and trading, and operational activities in the United States. Brendan provides strategic guidance to all levels of management for businesses in the U.S. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Brendan plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Brendan joined the New York Corporate Finance business at TD in 1989 and has gained extensive origination and market experience during his career. Prior to his current position, Brendan was Head of U.S. Debt Capital Markets where he oversaw Loan Origination, Loan Sales & Trading, High Yield Origination and Fixed Income Origination & Distribution. He has also served as Head of Global Loan Syndications, responsible for all syndicated loan underwritings for TD Securities worldwide. Before joining TD Securities, Brendan worked at The First Boston Corporation.

Brendan holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Brendan values community involvement and he serves on the Canadian Association of New York Advisory Board and the Governing Board of the University Cottage Club of Princeton, and he is a Trustee for the Institute of International Bankers. Brendan is also active with The American Ireland Fund.

Helena Pagano
Managing Director and Global Head Human Resources, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Managing Director and Global Head, Helena Pagano is responsible for overseeing the global strategy and day-to-day operations for human resources in Wholesale Banking. She leads the teams responsible for recruitment, talent management, compensation, and learning and development. The teams are located across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Helena plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Helena joined TD in 2000 as Associate Vice President in Corporate Office Human Resources. With her extensive human resources experience and business expertise, she has advanced through a series of increasingly senior positions within various departments. She is well respected in the HR professional community and is a valued member of TD’s senior human resources leadership team. Prior to joining TD, Helena worked at CIBC and Noranda Inc.

Helena holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. She values community involvement and has led fundraising efforts for the Canadian Cancer Society and MS Society. She has also volunteered for the United Way of Greater Toronto and a conservation effort in the community where she lives.

Robbie J. Pryde
Vice Chair, Institutional Equities and Global Origination, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Vice Chair, Institutional Equities and Global Origination, Robbie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for sales, trading and research as well as capital markets origination for TD Securities. He leads the teams responsible for institutional equities sales and trading in cash and index products for clients and proprietary accounts, research, retail trade execution as well as the prime brokerage business. He also leads the global teams responsible for originating equities, debt and other capital markets products for institutional and corporate clients. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Robbie plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Robbie joined TD Securities in 2000 when the company purchased Newcrest Capital, where he had been a Founding Partner and Managing Director. Prior to this, Robbie worked at Nesbitt Burns in Institutional Equity Sales and Retail Branch Management. At TD Securities, he has advanced through a number of increasingly senior positions in sales and business management.

Robbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and he is accredited with the CFA designation.

Robbie values community involvement and is a member of the Sterling Hall School Board of Governors and Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival Advisory Committee. He is an active volunteer for the United Way of Greater Toronto as well as a member of the Major Individual Giving Cabinet. Robbie is also on the TD Bank Financial Group Flexible Work Options Committee.

Manjit Singh
Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Financial Group

As Chief Financial Officer, Manjit Singh is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the global finance departments at TD Securities. He leads the teams responsible for capital management, policies, planning and management reporting, analysis and control. As a member of the TD Securities Management Committee, Manjit plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Manjit joined the finance department of TD Securities in 2001. He has held a number of increasingly senior roles in both TDS Finance and Corporate Office Finance here in Canada and internationally. Prior to joining TD Securities, Manjit was a Vice President at CIBC in Toronto.

Manjit holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and is accredited with the CA and CFA designations. He also holds an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Manjit acts as a mentor in the visible minority group mentorship program and is a member of the JDRF Steering Committee at TDBFG. He also devotes time to events and fundraising in the Sikh community.
