Bob Dorrance

Chairman, CEO & President, TD Securities
Group Head Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Group

As Group Head Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Group and Chairman, CEO & President, TD Securities, Bob Dorrance leads the integrated investment dealer business of TD Bank Group. He is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the firm as well as the day-to-day management of the global wholesale investment dealer operations.

Previously, Bob managed TD Securities' Institutional Equities' Sales, Trading and Research groups, as well as Equity Capital Markets and Proprietary Equity Trading, and was head of Investment Banking.

Bob joined TD Securities in November 2000 when TDBG purchased Newcrest Capital, where he had been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Prior to helping found Newcrest, he worked at Nesbitt Burns for 18 years.

Bob holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill University, an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen's University, and has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Sante Corona

Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

As the Head of Equity Capital Markets, Sante manages a group responsible for the origination and execution of equity financings including common shares, convertible debentures, preferred shares and retail structured products. He advises issuers regarding the viability, structuring and execution of equity offerings. Over the years, Sante has worked on a number of significant Canadian IPOs and follow-on equity offerings.

Prior to joining TD Securities, Sante was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch Canada in Toronto. Sante has also worked in the Equity Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs in New York having previously worked for BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto in the Equity Capital Markets and M&A groups. Sante started his career at Ernst & Young. 

Sante holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Sante is also a Chartered Accountant.

Michael Donnelly

Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group

Mike Donnelly is responsible for leading the North American Fixed Income Sales and Trading business in Fixed Income, Currencies and Metals. Mike was appointed to his current position in June 2012, and plays a key role in the firm’s senior leadership team, leading operations in Toronto and New York.

Mike joined TD Securities in 1998 as Vice President in Government Bond and Options Trading and since that time has progressed through a number of increasingly senior roles. Prior to joining TD Securities, Mike worked in Bond and Options Trading at Deutsche Bank Canada and Fixed Income Trading at Goldman Sachs Canada. 

A graduate of Queen’s University, Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Honours) and serves on the Board of Directors of Candeal and the IIAC Capital Markets Committee in Canada as a TD representative. He is also on the Board of Governors of Crescent School and has been active with the Crescent School Foundation and Alumni Executive over the years.

Glenn D. Gibson

Glenn is Managing Director & Global Head of Credit Capital Markets of TD Securities, with responsibility for all of TD Securities Credit Origination, Loan Syndication, International Banking and Special Situations Advisory businesses. Glenn also has responsibility for the Corporate Lending business in the U.S. for TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®. Glenn’s team is located in Toronto, New York, London, Calgary, Montreal, Vancouver, Philadelphia and Boston. Glenn plays a key role in the firm’s senior leadership team.

Prior to joining TD Securities, Glenn was with a leading Canadian investment bank in Calgary managing the project and structure energy finance practice. Glenn joined TD Securities in April 2000 as Managing Director to lead the Communications & Media Lending practice and took over the Canadian Credit Origination and Loan Syndication businesses in 2002, building the franchise to one of the leading providers in the sector.
 
Glenn co-chaired the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Charity Auction from 2007-2010 and is on the TD Women In Leadership committee. Glenn is also actively engaged in the community and has been involved in a number of charitable fundraising events including co-chairing the Renascent Foundation annual Recovery Shot Golf event from 2003-2008 and is on the committee for the 2012 Scarborough Hospital Foundation World Cup of Golf.
 
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Martine Irman
Vice Chair, Head of Global Enterprise Banking, TD Securities
Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group
Martine Irman is responsible for enterprise-wide banking initiatives at TD Securities and is the lead executive for ensuring senior client relationship management is seamless across the firm’s key global businesses; Equity, Interest Rate and Currency products.  Martine also has accountability for Global Transaction Banking. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Martine plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.
 
Over the past 25 years, Martine has held several executive positions with TD Securities, including most recently, Vice Chair, Global Capital Markets Products.  In this role, Martine set strategy and provided leadership for a team of 500 front-line professionals based on three platforms on different continents and had accountability for Interest Rate, Currency Trading, Origination, Sales (across all client channels), Institutional, Corporate, Commercial, Retail and Wealth and International  Banking.  Before joining TD, Martine held increasingly senior treasury related roles at CCL Industries.
 
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Martine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Studies. She has also completed The Wharton Business School Advanced Management Executive Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Martine is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D certification.
 
Martine is bilingual in both French and English, values community involvement and is also known as a strong leader and mentor for women in the investment industry.  She currently is a Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Toronto and a member and inaugural Co-Chair (2008-2010) of Women Gaining Ground for United Way Toronto.   Also active in the investment community, Martine is a member of Women in Capital Markets Advisory Council and was a recipient of the 2005 WCM Heather L. Main Memorial Scholarship for enrolment in the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management Judy Project.
 
Martine is also part of TD’s Expanding Leadership Opportunities for Women Committee and has the distinction of being honoured as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 (2003) and was recognized for both her professional excellence and leadership by Women in Capital Markets (2013 Award for Leadership).

Moti Jungreis

As Vice Chair, Fixed Income, Currencies and Metals, Moti is responsible for overseeing the sales, trading and origination for TD Securities’ Fixed Income, Currencies and Metals businesses globally. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Moti plays a key role on the firm's senior leadership team.

Moti joined TD Securities in 1996. Since that time he has held several positions in trading and sales capacities. Prior to joining TD Securities, Moti was a Lieutenant for the Israel Defense Forces.

Moti holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Currently, Moti is a member of the Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee and the New York Foreign Exchange Committee.

Paul Langill

Chief Operating Officer, TD Securities

Paul Langill is the Chief Operating Officer of TD Securities responsible for its global governance, operations and technology services. He supports the CEO in global strategy and plays a key role on TD Securities’ senior leadership team. Paul chairs TD Securities' Oversight Committee and Change Management Governance Committee. He is also a member of TD’s Asset/Liability and Capital Committee.
 
Previously, Paul was SVP, Trading Risk - Risk Management, TD Bank Group, responsible for setting Market Risk policies, pro-actively identifying, measuring and monitoring market risks within TDBG, measuring and managing liquidity risk within the Wholesale Bank, and providing analytical modeling expertise to all of TDBG's businesses. Before being appointed SVP - Trading Risk, Paul was CFO, TD Securities. He was also a Vice President in the Bank's Treasury and Balance Sheet Management Group.

Prior to joining TD Bank Group, Paul was a partner in Ernst & Young's Capital Markets Practice.

In 2007, Paul was honoured as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40™. He also completed The Wharton/RMA Advanced Risk Management Program in 2008.

Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Risk Institute in Financial Services (“GRI”). The GRI is a public-private partnership of financial sector companies, governments, educators and professional organizations whose purpose is the continuous improvement of the financial services sector through applied research into the integrative management of risks; the advancement of risk education; professional development for practitioners, executives and boards; and the ongoing examination of the mutual interests of the financial services sector and public policy makers.

Paul serves on University of Waterloo's School of Accounting and Finance Advisory Council which has helped guide the finance program’s development.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Drew E. MacIntyre

As Vice Chair, Investment Banking and Head of TD Securities’ Global Energy & Power Group, Drew MacIntyre is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm’s energy investment banking business.

TD Securities Global Energy & Power Group specializes in all aspects of the energy sector, including oil and gas, pipelines, utilities and power. The team is located in Calgary, Toronto, Houston, London and New York. Drew also co-heads the TD Securities' Energy Trading Group, based in Calgary. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Drew plays a key role on the firm's senior leadership team.

Drew joined TD Securities in 2000, as part of the Newcrest Capital acquisition. At TD Securities, he has advanced through increasingly senior positions within investment banking. Prior to this, Drew was Head of Energy Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Gold Medallist) from the University of Manitoba, a Masters of Business Administration (Gold Medallist) from the Schulich School of Business (York University), a Bachelor of Law (Gold Medallist) from Osgoode Law School and a Masters of Law degree from Harvard Law School.

Drew values community and professional involvement. His current and past activities include acting on the Alberta Securities Commission Blue Ribbon Panel on Reserves Disclosure, the United Way Major Donor Committee and as a supporter of the Alberta Ballet. Drew serves on the Advisory Board of Longbow Capital, an energy private equity fund. Since 2001, he has been the proprietor of Lake Breeze Vineyards, an award winning Okanagan Valley boutique winery.

Patrick B. Meneley

Patrick is a Vice Chair of TD Securities and Head of Global Investment Banking, with responsibility for all of TD’s Investment and Corporate Banking activities with corporate and government clients. This includes mergers & acquisitions advisory services, corporate lending, and debt & equity underwriting.

Prior to assuming this role in 2001, Patrick headed TD Securities’ Communications & Media group as it established a leading position in this sector. Prior to joining TD Securities in June 1997, Patrick was with a U.S.-based investment bank in New York and Toronto providing international financing and advisory services to Canadian companies.

Patrick is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Upper Canada Chapter, and was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™ in 2002. He is active in various philanthropic organizations including The Hospital for Sick Children, Havergal College, Upper Canada College and The United Way.

Patrick holds an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce (with honours) from the University of British Columbia.

Adam E. Newman

Adam has over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate lending as well as other credit related initiatives at TD. His experiences have included leading M&A and project finance initiatives, heading up the Canadian corporate loan portfolio’s past restructuring efforts, and pioneering TD Securities' in-house credit portfolio management practices. Adam also spent a year as Managing Director & Partner at a Canadian private equity fund focused on distressed situations. Adam currently manages TD Securities' global credit responsibilities including chairing its Loan Capital Committee.

Adam is a member of the Bridgepoint Hospital Foundation Board, the Bridgepoint Hospital Finance & Audit Committee and Chair of the Bridgepoint Annual Classic Golf Tournament. Adam holds a BA with Honours in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Brendan J. O'Halloran

As Vice Chair and Regional Head, Brendan O’Halloran has responsibility for the firm’s investment banking, sales and trading, and operational activities in the United States. Brendan provides strategic guidance to all levels of management for businesses in the U.S. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Brendan plays a key role on the firm's senior leadership team.

Brendan joined the New York Corporate Finance business at TD in 1989 and has gained extensive origination and market experience during his career. Prior to his current position, Brendan was Head of U.S. Debt Capital Markets where he oversaw Loan Origination, Loan Sales & Trading, High Yield Origination and Fixed Income Origination & Distribution. He has also served as Head of Global Loan Syndications, responsible for all syndicated loan underwritings for TD Securities worldwide. Before joining TD Securities, Brendan worked at The First Boston Corporation.

Brendan holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Brendan values community involvement and he serves on the Canadian Association of New York Advisory Board and the Governing Board of the University Cottage Club of Princeton, and he is a Trustee for the Institute of International Bankers. Brendan is also active with The American Ireland Fund.

Robbie J. Pryde

As Vice Chair and Head of Equities, Robbie Pryde leads the professional teams responsible for Institutional Equities, Global Equity Derivatives, Research, Equity Finance and Automated Trading at TD Securities. He also co-heads Equity Capital Markets. Robbie is a member of TD Securities Supervisory Committee and also plays a key role in firm-wide initiatives related to client relationship management and electronic trading.

Robbie joined TD Securities in 2000 when the company purchased Newcrest Capital, where he was a Managing Director and Founding Partner. Robbie started his career at Nesbitt Burns in Institutional Equity sales and Retail branch management.

Robbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and CFA accreditation.

Robbie values community engagement and is involved with a number of fundraising initiatives, including TD Securities Underwriting Hope Charity Auction, United Way Corporate Fundraising Campaigns, The George Hull Centre and Anaphylaxis Canada. He is also a Board Member of the Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival Advisory Committee which supports the Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation.

Brian Smith

As the Region Head of Europe and Asia Pacific for TD Securities Brian is responsible for oversight of TD Securities? businesses in the region which include debt underwriting and trading, foreign exchange, trade finance, distribution of Canadian equities, precious metals trading, investment banking and corporate lending.

Brian has 25 years of experience with TD Bank Group and was previously the Chief Risk Officer at TD Bank Group?s personal and commercial banking operation in the United States. Earlier, Brian led the Credit Risk Management Group in Toronto, where he was responsible for credit risk oversight for TD Securities. He also served as a Managing Director for TD Securities? Credit Management group in Sydney, Australia, and previously led TD Securities? Real Estate Corporate Banking group in Toronto.

Brian is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University?s School of Business and Economics in Waterloo, Ontario where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He also completed the RMA / Wharton Advanced Risk Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Kelvin Tran

Chief Financial Officer, TD Securities

As Chief Financial Officer, Kelvin is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the global finance departments at TD Securities. He leads the teams responsible for capital management, policies, planning and management reporting, analysis and control.

As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Kelvin plays a key role on the firm's senior leadership team.

Kelvin has been with the bank for over 12 years in progressively senior roles including Head of Enterprise Decision Support, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management and Chief Accountant for the bank.

Prior to joining TD, Kelvin worked in Deloitte's Montreal audit and consulting practice. Staying true to his interest in the technical field of accounting, he also lectured part-time at the McGill University Chartered Accountancy Comprehensive Business Case program.

Kelvin is a member of the board of directors for the Canadian Diabetes Association and chairs its audit committee. In addition, he is President of Ascend Canada, a not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing the presence, visibility and influence of current and future Pan-Asian leaders.

Jennifer Young

As Global Head Human Resources, Jennifer Young is responsible for overseeing the global strategy and day-to-day operations for Human Resources in TD Securities. She leads the teams responsible for recruitment, talent management, compensation, and learning and development. These teams are located across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. As a member of the TD Securities Supervisory Committee, Jennifer also plays a key role on the firm’s senior leadership team.

Jennifer joined TD in 1987 as an Account Manager in Commercial Banking and held roles in Small Business, Mid-Market Lending and Corporate Accounts prior to moving to Human Resources in 1997. Jennifer has an extensive human resources background, gained through a variety of corporate and business line relationship management roles across TDBG. She is well respected in the HR professional community and is a valued member of TD’s Senior Human Resources Leadership Team.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, values community involvement, and is on the Board of Directors for the Oakville & Milton Humane Society.
