TD Newcrest is the result of the very successful integration of TD Securities’ equity operation with Newcrest Capital Inc., which was purchased by TD in the fall of 2000. Newcrest Capital was an employee-owned institutional dealer formed in September of 1995 and led by TDSI’s current Chairman, CEO and President, Bob Dorrance.
