FILElink

TD’s FILElink service allows you to manage your cash flow requirements more efficiently and simplifies routine account reconciliations and account queries. FILElink gives you instant access to your company’s account balance and statement information, through your personal or mainframe computer.

FILElink offers two types of reporting: Consolidated Balances Reporting and Historical Statement Reporting.

Consolidated Balances Reporting

  • accurately assess your cash position in a concise report
  • access account balance information on Canadian and U.S. dollar current accounts, personal deposit accounts, term deposits and GICs, and Canadian dollar loan accounts
  • group account information to fit your company’s needs
  • subtotals, totals, and consolidated totals can appear on your report

Historical Statement Reporting

  • monitor previous day account information for a pre-specified range of days, up to a maximum of 31 calendar days
  • pre-determine the level of detail you wish to receive. You may elect to obtain opening and closing balances, summary, transaction and transfer information
  • access account details for Canadian and U.S. dollar current accounts, personal deposit accounts, including Corporate Transfer Service and Centralized Money Management account

Alternate File Formats

  • receive historical balance and transaction information in a Bank Administration Institute (BAI) or an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file format
  • import a BAI or EDI821 file of account information into your own software application to create customized spreadsheets or reports
  • access TD account information via your non TD - Lead Bank’s Balance Reporting service or via the SWIFT network

  • extends a toll-free customer support Hotline from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET), Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). French support is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), Monday to Friday.
