Also required: Why is part of the screen blank?This is likely related to the Java version you are using or the security settings on your Internet browser. Please ensure that you have Java version 5.0 Update 11 (commonly referred to as Version 5). You can check the Java version by going to your Control Panel, clicking on the Java icon, and then clicking the "About" button. A free Java download is available here. To check security settings for Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options > Security. For Custom Level security, the setting should be Medium, otherwise choose the Default Level. The list of companies will appear on the screen. Double click on each of them to add to the pull-down menu.
