Glenn D. Gibson

Glenn Gibson is an Executive Vice President of TD Bank Financial Group and was appointed Vice Chair and U.S. Region Head in 2014. He is responsible for the overall U.S. Wholesale business, maintaining a business model with an effective governance and risk framework, and fostering effective relationships with regulators. Glenn heads the U.S. leadership team and is responsible for driving U.S. strategy, execution and organizational culture. In 2025, Glenn was appointed to the TDGUS Board of Directors, TDGUS Board Risk Committee and Technology Committee of the TDGUS board.

In addition to senior executive coverage of board and C-suite relationships, Glenn has over 30 years of experience providing integrated financial solutions to leading corporate, institutional, and government clients across TD Securities' global footprint. For several years Glenn also led the Global Corporate Banking, Leverage Finance and Global Transaction Banking businesses within the Corporate & Investment Banking segment.

Glenn is a member of the TD Securities Global Executive Committee as well as a member of the combined TD U.S. Enterprise Risk Management Committee. He is an active member of the Executive Committee of the U.S. Institute of International Bankers and sits on its Board of Trustees.

As an advocate of community and professional involvement, Glenn acts as Chairman of the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Foundation and has been a member of the United Way's Major Giving Cabinet in both Toronto and New York City.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with great distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.
