Jason Lay*

Jason is a Vice President within TD Securities' Investment Banking Group and a member of the Real Estate Property Brokerage team. He has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with expertise spanning investment sales, buy-side advisory, and asset management. Prior to joining TD in 2019, Jason worked at Manulife Investment Management, where he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions across Canada and the United States. Jason advises clients on individual asset and portfolio transactions nationwide, with experience across all major real estate asset classes.
