John Coates*

John is an Analyst with the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and forms part of the Property Brokerage advisory team. In this role, John is responsible for underwriting, due diligence and preparing marketing materials for the execution of complex single-asset and portfolio real estate transactions in Canada across all asset classes. With more than four years of experience, John brings a meticulous approach to his work and is dedicated to driving success for TD. Prior to joining the Property Brokerage team in early 2025, John held progressive roles at a global real estate brokerage in Toronto where he was responsible for executing real estate investment sales transactions, property-level and market-level research and leasing.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a licensed Sales Representative.
