Biography

Alec is Head of the Global Energy group. He joined TD Securities’ Investment Banking team in Calgary in 2000 and has over 30 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. He leads a team of ~200 professionals, with offices based in major financial hubs across North America and the UK, focusing on companies that span the energy value-chain. Alec has senior client coverage responsibilities for a portfolio of large-cap oil and gas, midstream, and utility clients. His advisory assignments span a variety of transaction types, including IPOs, private and public equity and debt financings, corporate restructurings, and buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.

Biography

Amy is responsible for providing holistic cross product global coverage to senior executives for Canadian institutional clients. In her role she manages stakeholder relationships by promoting a collaborative and integrated approach across the firm. Joining our firm in 2001, Amy began her career at TD in the retail sector. In 2007, she joined the Sales and Trading rotational program at TD Securities where she gained exposure in Asset Securitization, Proprietary Equity, and Institutional Equities. In 2008, she joined the Institutional Equity Sales desk team where she covered Canadian equity clients.
