Biography

Based in the London Office, Laura O’Connor is responsible for the origination of debt financing and risk solutions for Corporate, Financial and SSA clients. She has more than a decade of experience as a trusted advisor for global clients regarding their strategic debt offerings across the full suite of currencies offered by TD Securities. Laura is also the Executive Sponsor
for the “Women at TD” Business Resource Group in Europe, applying her expert lens as a senior leader and personal experiences as a woman in the finance industry to steer the business and colleague volunteers in developing intersectional programs that move the dial on gender equity
and inclusion.Prior her current role, she worked in the Debt Capital Markets team in Dublin and London covering SSA and FIG clients. Earlier in her career she worked in Debt Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs and started her career
at UBS in London.Laura holds a first class honours degree in European Studies from Trinity College in Dublin, a Diplôme from Sciences-Po in Paris, and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Economics from Instituto Barcelona de Estudios Internacionales. She is a volunteer member of the Patient
Voice Group at the National Maternity Hospital in Dublin.

Biography

Susan is a Managing Director, Global Head on the TD Securities Sustainable Finance & Advisory team, who joined TD in 2006. She has previously worked in Institutional Money Market Sales, Fixed Income Derivatives Origination, Institutional Fixed Income Sales, and most recently, Government Finance, where she covered public-sector borrowers on derivatives, origination, and deal execution as well as advised clients on GSS bond issuance.
