As a Director in Investment Banking supporting the Communications sector, Kaela is known for her tremendous work ethic and commitment to producing top quality advice and analysis, allowing her to make meaningful contributions to account coverage and execution of marquee mandates. She is a member of our Women in Leadership Committee in Canada and is passionate about educating the next generation of women leaders about career opportunities in capital markets.

What I Do
I assist corporate clients in the Communications sector with marketing, structuring, and executing capital markets and M&A advisory mandates.
Proud Moment
In the 2021/2022 school year, I led the launch of the TD Talent Lab, a capital markets educational program structured as an "after-school" club targeting Grade 12 female students in Toronto. I'm passionate about increasing awareness of opportunities for women in capital markets and it has been such a fun year getting this program off the ground and meeting these inspiring young students.
Advice to My Younger Self
Be proactive about finding and working with good people. Find a leader who advocates for and mentors their team. The most successful (and fun!) moments of my career have been when I've worked with exceptional leaders and strong teams.
