Len Kroes

Len Kroes is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, TD Securities, Group Functions and Head, Enterprise Decision Support and a member of the Enterprise Finance Leadership Team (EFLT). Len recently changed roles, and prior to his current appointment, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking, Wealth and Insurance.

Len joined TD in 1999 and brought his deep financial acumen and experience to roles in Treasury and Balance Sheet Management and Enterprise Decision Support before taking on a senior leadership role in Wealth and Insurance. In December 2024, his mandate significantly expanded to include the Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking business.

Len is a champion of diversity and inclusion and helps advance initiatives that strengthen belonging and representation in the workplace through his leadership role on TD Finance's Black Experience Committee.

Len holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a designated CFA Charterholder.
