Matt joined TD Securities in September 2022, bringing over 12 years of real estate experience. Prior to TD Securities, Matt was at Montez Corporation, where he was responsible for 7 funds on behalf of institutional investors, comprising 50 properties across several asset classes, including 12 enclosed malls.
Prior to Montez, Matt was the head of valuations at First Capital REIT and heavily involved in the Strategic Asset Management team. Before joining Montaz, Matt underwrote billions of dollars of assets on an annual basis on behalf of institutional clients while at Wagner Andrews and Kovacs.
Matt holds a BBA from Goodman School of Business, an AACI designation, and a is a CFA Charterholder.
