Ted is an Associate with TD Securities Real Estate Property Brokerage group managing underwriting, valuation and transaction due diligence. Ted has over five years of experience combined in real estate investment banking and property brokerage, previously focusing on capital markets, M&A, and corporate strategy. With the property brokerage team, he specializes in single property and portfolio sales across asset classes for private capital, REITs and institutions. Ted holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University.
