Director, UK Fixed Income Sales & Senior Relationship Management
Lucy has an extensive background in financial markets, acting as a leading fixed income salesperson covering institutional clients. She is known for her strategic thinking and ability to connect with our customers. Her ability to build strong connections led to her being TD's UK Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) that directly engages and supports our European clients and coordinates with other SRMs on our global strategic clients.
In addition to her role, Lucy is an active member for our Europe Inclusion and Diversity Committee (EIDC), championing various initiatives and building relationships outside of TD.

What I Do:
I have a dual role being a part of Fixed Income Sales and covering Global Asset Managers and Bank Treasury Clients based in the UK, as well as a being the Senior Relationship Manager for the UK. Acting as a trusted advisor, we work in partnership with our clients to deliver the best outcomes across products and regions.
Proud Moment:
I've been fortunate to have many proud moments throughout my career. Notably, I am proud of those where I've had the privilege to mentor, and be involved on my mentees journey, watching their growth and advancement.
Advice to My Younger Self:
Have the confidence to believe in yourself and seize opportunities! That includes not being afraid to ask questions, challenge, and aim high. Finally, trust and be patient with your hard work, rest assured that all those nights out networking are fun and worth it!
