Biography

Yie-Hsin Hung is president and chief executive officer of State Street Investment Management which provides disciplined investment exposures and solutions to many of the world's largest and most sophisticated investors. She is a member of the Executive Committee, the company’s senior leadership team, and Co-Head of Strategy Oversight for State Street.
Prior to joining State Street Investment Management, Yie-Hsin was chief executive officer of New York Life Investment Management, a multi-boutique, global investment management business. During her tenure at the firm, Yie-Hsin led a nearly four-fold increase in assets under management. She joined New York Life having held a number of leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates and Morgan Stanley.

Yie-Hsin was named among Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in US Finance in 2025 and Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women in the world and American Banker’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance in 2024. In 2023, Yie-Hsin was recognized by Pensions & Investments as one of the Most Influential Women in Institutional Investing.

She is the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute and a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, C200, The Women’s Forum of New York and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Yie-Hsin earned her Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University. She received a Distinguished Alumni Medal in 2019, the highest honor granted by the Northwestern Alumni Association.

Biography

Andres Rincon heads ETF sales and strategy at TD Securities. His ETF team advises both institutional and wealth investors on the ETF landscape and strategies, publishes a broad array of ETF publications, and works with TD's ETF market making team in facilitating ETF orders. Andres joined TD Securities in 2008, first managing credit risk for the dealer, and later as a member of the Equity Derivatives division. He later took on the task of expanding TD Securities' ETF sales and strategy platform. He is also a Chartered Market Technician (CMT).
