For the first time, Coalition Greenwich, a leading provider of data, analytics, and insights to the financial services industry, named TD Securities a Greenwich Quality Leader across all four major Canadian fixed income categories: Overall Canadian Fixed-Income Service Quality, Canadian Fixed-Income Trading Quality, Canadian Fixed-Income Sales Quality, and Canadian Fixed-Income Research Quality. We have also secured the Overall Canadian Fixed-Income Service Quality category for the fourth consecutive year.

The Coalition Greenwich North American Fixed-Income Investors Study remains an important gauge for client satisfaction across a critical fixed income market. Over the past year, Coalition Greenwich conducted in-person interviews with over 80 Canadian institutional fixed income investors to determine exceptional providers based on service, trading practices, market trends, and investor compensation.

"This is a milestone achievement for our Canadian fixed income team, as well as our technology, operations, and other corporate partners, who continue to raise the bar for client service and operational excellence," says Chris Vogel, Vice Chair and Co-Head of Global Markets, TD Securities. "We are proud to help our clients navigate the Canadian fixed income market and meet their financial and strategic objectives."

A comprehensive, client-focused approach

The study results reflect the tremendous growth of our Canadian fixed income business over the last few years. With solutions that span every corner of the market, our fixed income clients are exposed to the full range of Canadian Dollar products that are delivered through a globally integrated and product-specialized Canadian fixed income team. This team is committed to understanding and supporting clients' needs, from raising capital to executing secondary trades.

"We prioritize clients across everything we do— research, advice, sales, and trading— to earn and retain what we value most: their trust," says Jason Cope, Executive Managing Director and Head of Canadian Fixed Income and Leveraged Finance Sales and Trading, TD Securities. "Every vote for TD Securities in the Coalition Greenwich Study is a vote of confidence from our clients. We want to thank them for being our valued partners and choosing us to help them achieve their goals in the Canadian fixed income market."

Setting the standard for top talent

In a related study, Coalition Greenwich interviewed over 80 Canadian institutional investors active in fixed income to determine the Most Helpful Traders & Analysts for All Canadian Products. TD Securities landed the top spot in Most Helpful Traders and Analysts in Investment Grade Credit1, and Most Helpful Traders in Canadian Provincials1. TD Securities also appeared in the remaining four categories, ranking among Most Helpful Traders in High Yield Credit, Agency Securities, Government Bonds, and Interest Rate Derivatives.

As our industry grows, we heighten our consistency, transparency, and trustworthiness to address client needs with unparalleled service and dedication. Coalition Greenwich results highlight our evolution within the Canadian fixed income market. When clients speak, we stand out.
